What A Hack

What is with all the grandstanding in the US lately about Chinese hackers?  People in our government are acting like it’s a big shock that Chinese hackers would be trying to break into US government computers.

Duh!

Here’s a shocking revelation:  the US has its own army of hackers, and they’re trying to break into the computer systems of every government on earth, including our allies.  Welcome to the world of spycraft and intelligence gathering.  We spy on them, they spy on us.  Honestly, to me this sounds as ludicrous as someone in 1983 saying, “The Russians are spying on us!” Yeah, no shit, genius, of course they are.  And we’re spying on them.

It’s all part of the game.  If the Chinese are learning how to play it well, then the US has to learn how to play it better.

I am confident our government will fail spectacularly. Fuckers

What amuses me most is that they are hacking into congresscritters computers.  Maybe the hackers will steat the identities of a few critters, then we will get some identity theft legislation with some teeth.
