This translated perfectly from English into Chinese.

We’ve been laughing about it for 20 minutes.  And it doesn’t work properly if you try and translate it back, but you’ll probably get the gist.

“Has the insect to lay eggs in mine anus”

I’m guessing it something to do with a “bug up your ass”....

It means “There are insects laying eggs in my anus.” We were coming up with funny sayings for it to translate to see if it would do it properly and this one worked perfectly.  All of us were rolling on the floor.
